MOMMY & ME WELLNESS PROGRAM

We recognize the joy of Motherhood comes with many emotional and physical changes for both mom and baby, so we created a wellness program to support each.
We developed the Mommy and Me Wellness program to meet the needs of the new infant and the postpartum Mother.
This program will promote a safe exercise program for you and your infant.

Group Session Details:
• For moms and babies ages 0-24 months
• Duration: 4 weeks, 1-hour session per week
• Price: $150 per month
• One-Time Registration Fee: $25
