The Mommy and Me Wellness program offers moms an opportunity to bond with their little ones in engaging exercise that benefits a mom’s postpartum body and their baby’s motor development.
Each class is led by licensed pediatric physical therapist and broken up into different blocks of activities to promote physical development of baby and physical health of mom.
Every class ends with an exclusive Q&A where you can pick the brain of a specialist in baby physical development.

By purchasing this pass you are entitled to one (1) single session of Mommy and Me Wellness Class in the above-referenced location in Miami-Dade county.
You must show email receipt when you get to class as your way to check-in.
By purchasing this pass, you acknowledge that your participating child or children and you have been cleared by your respective physicians to participate in physical exercise and wellness classes.
You are responsible for showing up on time.
No refunds will be issued, please only purchase pass if you plan to show up to scheduled class.
With this purchase you certify that if any concerns arise during your or your child’s participation in these classes or after, you will notify the instructor immediately.
You hereby certify that the statements here are true, correct, and accurate as of the date of this transaction. If during the course of your or your child’s participation in this program any answer changes, you will immediately inform us of the changes.
